Professional Summary

Kiyotaka Matsui has extensive experience in working with difficult cases in revitalizing Japanese corporations. He was a senior manager at the Industrial Revitalizing Corporation of Japan (IRCJ) from 2003 to 2005. At IRCJ, Mr. Matsui led several successful restructuring for distressed listed companies. Mr. Matsui also served as a managing director at Nuclear Damage Compensation and Decommissioning Facilitation Corporation (NDF) from 2011 to 2015. At NDF, he solved numerous problems for Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) arising from the 2011 Fukushima Nuclear Crisis and further created a revitalization plan by restructuring its finance and fundamental corporate structure. Mr. Matsui has strong passion, enthusiasm, and professional judgment skills to solve complicated problems and disputes by thoroughly working with all clients.
