Hajime Ohashi

After registering as a lawyer, he was posted to Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi), where he assisted mainly Japanese companies for about 5 years with legal issues such as investment regulatory investigations, M&A procedures, labor relations, withdrawal, dispute resolution, etc. He joined our firm in October 2022.
